Bath Salt: Open Breathing Lemon Eucalyptus, Mint, Melissa and Chamomile.
Open Breathing Bath Salt with salts, beneficial essential oils, and flowers.
The vital effect on the mind and skin is easily felt.
Natural sea salt and Epsom salt combine to release and relax muscles and cleanse the body. The two essential oils, Lemon Eucalyptus and Mint, are known to be refreshing, invigorating, and especially helpful in opening the airways and relieving congestion. Soaking in a hot bath warms the body, and the steam makes breathing easier. Chamomile flowers and Melissa leaves create a soothing infusion that supports the skin, and helps to relax the body and mind.
This bath salt is excellent for those moments when you think you have caught a cold. When you feel stuffy because of the "cooling of air conditioners" or the humidifying rain. Soaking in an Open Breathing bath relaxes the body, and contributes to improving the feeling. Pay attention to the instructions for use - it is recommended to brew the bath salt.
Bath salt: Open Breathing Eucalyptus Mint Chamomile and Melissa. Not a cure for anything, but the feeling is wonderful.
All the goodness of nature envelops and caresses your skin in warm water and lifts your spirits. A perfect end to a day that depends only on you.

Bath Salt: Open Breath
Product Details:
Ingredients: Natural sea salt, Epsom salt, Lemon eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus citriodora), Peppermint essential oil (Mentha piperita), Chamomile flowers and Melissa leaves.
The leaves and flowers, oils and salts come in a 40ml personal test tube (made of plastic) for one-time immersion, or in a 200ml closed glass jar of your choice.
Instructions for use:
Fill a bathtub with warm water to your taste.
Hot water: Fill a clean bowl up to half the height (1/2) with boiling water. Let the water cool slightly. Note: It is recommended that the water temperature be about 90 degrees and not boiling water (does not have to be exact - no thermometer is needed), so as not to damage the qualities of the plants.
Infusion:
Personal 40ml test tube: Unscrew the silver cap, invert the test tube, and empty its contents into a bowl, (you can use the other side of a long spoon to remove salt that remains on the side of the test tube)
200ml jar: Open the jar, use a spoon to scoop about three tablespoons of salt, flowers, leaves, and oils into a bowl.
Waiting: Stir lightly and leave for a few minutes (usually 3-5 minutes) until the herbs have dissolved (do not worry that the salt has not dissolved, or that the oil has been applied to the water).
Adding to the bath water: Use a towel to lift the bowl with the hot liquid, and carefully pour the infusion, salt, flowers, oils, and leaves into the bath water prepared for your use. Check with your hand that the temperature of the bath water is comfortable for you.
If you don't feel like bothering, you can -
Personal 40ml test tube: Unscrew the silver cap, turn the test tube over, and empty its contents into the full bath, (you can use the other side of a long spoon to remove salt that remains on the side of the test tube)
200ml jar: Open the jar, use the spoon to scoop about three tablespoons of salt, flowers, and oils into the bath water.
Either way - enjoy: Sit and relax in the bath water for at least twenty minutes to get the full benefit. Sometimes it's nice to drink water, or read a book, or listen to music (or all of them together). Sometimes it's nice to meditate or just rest. You can of course stay longer.
At the end of the bath: You can throw the flowers into the composter if you have one, or immediately scatter them in the garden or in a flowerpot.
