Soothing bath infusion: chamomile, calendula and lavender in a cloth bag.

A bath infusion is a great way to enjoy pure bath water (for those who don't like flowers and salts in bath water), and the benefits of medicinal herbs and essential oils. The vital effect on the mind and skin is easily felt,

For this soothing bath infusion, three suitable plants and oils were selected that are known for their properties in relieving tension and anxiety, achieving physical and mental relaxation and inducing sleep. The combination of these oils and plants supports your skin, envelops it and soothes it. The infusion is especially suitable for moments of your gathering, and for soaking at the end of the day, as part of a sleep ritual.

You can choose to add to the infusion the butterfly pea plant, which contains strong antioxidants, and a humidifier. The butterfly pea plant will add its wonderful anthocyanins to the bath water and you will receive a special bath in delicate blue tones.

Why in a sachet and not in the bath water?

Sometimes it is convenient for us to enjoy the benefits of medicinal herbs and essential oils without a festive bath with flowers, oils, and salts, but just like that on a daily basis - during a challenging day, or before bed, when we need a little self-care and pampering. An infusion sachet allows us to get the best possible plant extract into the bath water (without removing them from the skin or collecting them later from the bath). And if the scents of the flowers and oils suddenly make you want to be surrounded by them, you can always... empty the sachet into your bath water.

A relaxing bath infusion: chamomile, calendula, and lavender, allows for that long breath we need to release the challenges of the day in favor of renewal in rest and sleep.

The extraction of all the goodness of nature envelops and caresses your skin in warm water and lifts your spirits. A perfect end to a day that depends only on you.

  • Product details:

The leaves and flowers (depending on the chosen infusion) come in a 10cmX8cm cloth bag.

Ingredients: Chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), calendula petals (Calendula officinalis), and lavender flowers (Lavandula officinalis).

    Instructions for use:

Hot water: Fill a clean bowl halfway (1/2) with boiling water. Let the water cool slightly. Note: It is recommended that the water temperature be about 90 degrees and not boiling water (does not have to be exact - no thermometer is needed), so as not to damage the qualities of the plants.

Infusion: Place the bag with the plants in the bowl while holding the string and place any clean, heavy kitchen utensil on it, such as a saucer, to support the bag. (You can also use a glass filled with hot water (with the bottom of the glass placed on the bag, and the open part facing up. Be careful not to tip the glass over. Do not accidentally dip your hand in the water. Be careful not to burn yourself).

Wait: Wait a few minutes (usually 5-7 minutes) until the herbs have finished steeping. Carefully remove the heavy container from the bowl. Again, be careful not to burn yourself. Leave the bag.

Inserting into the bath water: Use a towel to support the bowl with the hot liquid, and carefully pour the infusion with the bag inside into the bath water that is ready for you to use. Check with your hand that the temperature of the bath water is comfortable for you.

Enjoy: Sit and relax in the bath water for at least twenty minutes to get the full benefit. Sometimes it is nice to drink water, or read a book, or listen to music (or all of them together). Sometimes it is nice to meditate or simply rest.

*** When you don't feel like putting in the effort: You can definitely put the bag in the bath at the beginning the filling, and let it dissolve in the warm water of the bath gradually throughout the filling and the bath. Leave the bag in the bath water while you enjoy the bath.

At the end of the bath: Remove the bag and squeeze it. You can throw the flowers in the composter if you have one, or scatter them immediately in the garden or in a flowerpot. You can spread them on a tray and let them dry, and use them for decoration.
