Returning products – consumer rights
In Israel, according to the Consumer Protection Law (Amendment No. 2, 5773 – 2013), the consumer is entitled to return a product and request a refund or exchange under certain conditions, and restrictions:
Right to return products
The right to return a product will be possible for up to 14 days: The consumer is entitled to return the product and receive a refund or exchange it for another product if the product was purchased via telephone, internet or mail. The right to return does not apply in every situation, and there are cases in which it is not possible to return, such as:
A product that has been used, for example, a candle that has been lit, or the lid has been opened, incense that has been taken out of its packaging.
A product whose packaging has been opened and/or is damaged or has lost its value. For example, tea (which is a food product), or a hygiene product (massage oil that has been exposed to light/air, bath salt).
Custom-made products: Products that have been manufactured or modified at the request of the customer. The consumer – for example, a tea brew from a specific herbal combination, a candle in a specific color or with a specific essential oil combination, a special and unique combination of bath salts.
The consumer must return the product undamaged, and in its original, unopened packaging.
Refund
The consumer is entitled to a refund if the product is returned within 14 days (except for products mentioned above). In the event that the consumer chooses to return a product, the full amount will be received within 14 days of receiving the product.
Exchanges: An exchange for another product can be made instead of a refund, but only with the seller's consent. (The store is not obligated to offer this option by law).
If the product is defective
I make sure that the products leave me in excellent condition. However, if for any reason the product is defective, the defect must be photographed immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and the photo must be sent. In this case, the consumer is entitled to a refund, or an exchange according to the terms The law. In this situation, the consumer will not bear the cost of shipping. [If it is a return of a non-defective product, the customer will bear the shipping costs].

Unfortunately, shipping is not available to destinations Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Laos, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia.

All orders will be shipped via Israel Post, to ensure full tracking and safe arrival.
Shipping Costs
Shipping will be priced according to the selected postal service (registered/express), and according to the weight of the package and the destination address. Prices range from 41 NIS to 118 NIS for packages up to 2000 grams. (Up to 173 NIS for Australia, Taiwan, and New Zealand).
The shipping price will be clearly displayed in the package price in the payment link that will be sent.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery within 7 - 9 business days, to most destinations (Estimated delivery for Australia, Taiwan, and New Zealand - 14 - 12 business days). Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Returns and Delivery
• All products are carefully packaged by me to ensure that the product arrives intact and in good condition. In the event of a product defect or a problem with the delivery, please take a photo and send it to me, or contact me as soon as possible and I will take care of resolving the problem.

• Incorrect address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or missing details, the package will be returned to me, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping.
• Product returns: In accordance with the product return policy only.
