I began my journey in the world of touch at the age of five... in the safest way possible - I explored my mother's back freely and without interference. I found entire worlds through touch. I learned to create, discover, and respect through touch. I continued to touch and care out of instinct and experience that was slowly accumulated over the years.

Besides the sensory experience of the treatment, which allowed me to utilize the high physical sensitivity I had to do good.
Even as a child, I asked myself deep questions about the nature of the world, reality, and the meaning of life.
These led me, being a clear autodidact, to a lifetime of exploration and immersion in the East and the West, in the mysteries of life, in the nature and meaning of existence.
My grandmother was a doctor and the world of medicine attracted me from childhood. At the age of twenty, I turned to medical studies.
Although I decided that I was not interested in becoming a doctor and left medical studies after a few years, the diverse knowledge I gained along the way provided me and still provides me with a solid foundation for in-depth familiarity with the way the body works, in health and illness, and with the principles of medical treatment.
When I arrived in my mid-twenties to learn the art of Shiatsu in a systematic way - my eyes were opened. I finally had names for the way my hands moved, kneaded, stroked and cradled.

In addition, Chinese philosophy captured my imagination. My body of medical knowledge, and the Western spiritual learning I had engaged in, allowed me to blend Western medicine and philosophy with Chinese medicine and philosophies. I found parallels and deeply understood the connections both at the philosophical level and at the diagnostic and treatment levels. I finally found the connection in question between body and mind, and I could see and show how they expressed themselves in each other. It is amazing to me that it was precisely the seemingly simple texts of the "Tao Te Ching" that connected the dots for me. Other small dots began to connect - for example, I found to my surprise that my great-grandmother (who was not a doctor) used to treat her acquaintances with spirit cups (which are part of the practice of shiatsu and Chinese medicine treatments). And of course, I continued to search for the elusive, almost disappearing connection between body and mind and spirit. For that spark that makes life possible. For the meaning of life, and the meaning of existence.
I opened a complementary medicine clinic. I treated a variety of patients, and many types of problems - from migraines to "yuppie disease". I lectured on the subject, and for a short time I even ran a spa in a five-star hotel on the Tel Aviv coast. After a few years, I injured my shoulder in a car accident, and took a break from treatment. At the same time, I returned to my studies in the field of biology, and for a few more years I realized another love of mine, which was embodied in my life with the birth of my first child - teaching.
Over the past decade, I have completed two master's degrees in natural sciences and biology teaching at the Weizmann Institute of Science. During my studies, I was mainly involved in the study of personal transformation, and I learned to answer the questions: "How does one's personal worldview change?", "What is the connection between worldview and personally meaningful experiences?". This was a great opportunity for me to delve deeper into the philosophical process. My studies lasted about four years. During this time, I was exposed to the latest innovations in the world of science and medicine. I revisited and activated in my head the old schemas of human physiology, and along with the immense pleasure of delving deeper into teaching, I also felt the urge to return - to touch the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and to encounter once again the feeling of well-being that accompanies treatment.
When I moved to Arava with my family, I made the decision:
To open a treatment room in Arava
for the well-being of body and mind.
And so I did. My patients are mainly women and people from the Arava, but also passers-by who take advantage of their vacation in the magical Arava to refresh themselves. They call (mostly call) me when their back, neck, or head hurts. When their shoulder is stuck, and when their hands hurt. When their stomach doesn't work properly, when chronic diseases "raise their heads," when stress destroys sleep and health, when there's no more strength, because let's be honest - there's so much on us. All the time, and when there are fundamental problems that make it difficult and existential questions that don't give rest. And sometimes just for a massage to pamper yourself on your birthday.
And then - I treat. Sometimes the "magic" happens all at once, and sometimes several treatments are required. It doesn't matter. A big change for the better makes a lot of difference. That's the goal. It's great. That's what I love the most.
These days, my partner and I are working on building a new clinic next to and in parallel with the construction of our new home.
In the meantime?! I continue to develop, learn and expand my heart and spirit. For example, I recently delved into Einstein's spiritual approach to the nature of the world and the meaning of existence,
and spent the last year in a deepening circle of wonderful and talented therapists and circle leaders in the "Heart Talk" approach.
Continuous learning as a life approach allows me to support the body-mind-spirit with infinite gentleness with my hands, my heart, and my deep understanding and vision. In shiatsu, and in conversation. During a shiatsu treatment, I treat with full Zen presence, and with the help of my special sensitivity I connect deeply. What is the nature of the conversations with me? A personal conversation with me is always a present, loving, and inclusive conversation, with gentle listening to the truth of the heart. A conversation that allows for expression of all parts and all feelings, even in painful and challenging situations. A conversation that makes it easier to connect with the heart, to hear its whispers, and creates a space and legitimacy to feel, to express natural and simple emotions that the heart dictates, and to act upon them, thereby strengthening and empowering. Deep listening that enables healing of the relationship with ourselves, and with those around us.
A conversation of the heart.
What I have to share is a deep connection of body, mind, and spirit.
For a healthy, beneficial, and meaningful existence on all levels.
The heart, or in women's circles (yes, you can completely "circle" from far and near), and I continue to treat in the charming rooms, which include a comfortable and relaxing living room surrounded by pleasant aromas for personal and beneficial conversation, and a cozy and relaxing treatment room in the center of which is my old treatment bed. In an accessible and comfortable place I will find my grandmother's wind cups, my wind cups, additional treatment tools from the world of Chinese medicine and shiatsu, the philosophy that always embraces the path that is right for you, essential oils, pleasant music - and lots of blessings.
