About Hallellee הַלֵּלִּי
"Hallellee" in Hebrew is meant to be said to a woman, and it's meaning is praise in an imperative form, "Blessed" (verb), or as an acronym for the phrase "She had it to say." One may also think of it as an abbreviation of "Hallel-Le." That is, a song or word of praise or blessing - for me. For me.
Another meaning is - light for me, like the word "Hillah" which means aura.
I make the Hallellee as a necklace of large or small round gemstones. Hallellee is a necklace of intentions.
Hallellee may be worn around the neck as a necklace, or held in your hand, allowing you to feel the different stones, and move them.
A space was deliberately left between Hallellees' special stones, kind of like the space one finds between uttered words, which allows it to be moved across the connecting thread. I refer to the stones as the "building blocks of life," and to the spaces as meditation. The sacred moment of silence and being to which there is movement just before something created comes into being. A space filled with anticipation, to which you move your intentions.
Hallellee is intended for whatever you want, because your intentions are yours to rule.
For example, you can use Hallellee to make you happy. To remine you to do good to yourself, as wll as to just do good. Hallellee is meant to remind you, and to help you find a say / sing praise for yourself in your heart (that is permitted and good for you).
This simple, everyday practice is to recognize your own worth, to encourage you to pay attention to the diversity of shades in your personality, to cultivate in yourself the inner support you need to enjoy everyday life, and to believe in your ability to materialize positive things in the world.
You can also use Hallellee to manifest positive things in the world. To move into the gap, into the space that vibrates with anticipation, a good stone, that carries for you the intention to do good. A symbol of birth. For creation. To create something that you know exists, and now everyone knows that it exists.
Hallellee is a symbol. Yours and for you.
You can choose a symbol for what, which and how many stones will be in it, and its colors.
I will make "your Hallellee" for you. I will make sure to choose the stones you want, to purify them, and charge them in the moonlight. I will attach an inspirational sentence to it, and work according to the intention you need. When you receive the rosary of good stones, it will be yours, and yours only. The more you use it, the more profoundly it will become you own.
It will do me good to take part in adding to your good in life. After all, as women we know –
when the good in the life of one of us increases, so does the good for others.
Beyond your positive affirmations and words of praise that you say (or sing to yourself), I recommend that you assign a special meaning to each stone. For example, Rose Quartz: the stone of love. You can decide for yourself the meaning according to your heart's inclination, or use the color of the stone, and the feeling it gives when touched (different stones have different touches). You can read about the meaning that women usually give to different colors in the world, or about the characteristics of the stone as perceived in the past and present, and even about the connection between the stone and its color and the different chakras in the body (the information below. You can also, of course, choose to search freely).
When you assign a meaning to a particular stone, it will be easier for you to remember the appropriate intention, statement, or compliment.
How to get started? Or Instructions for use and operation
Start with just three identical stones (of the same type) – and get to know them. Feel them, look at them closely, roll them on your skin, and/or read about them. Relate to them the personal meaning you choose (remember the initials of Hallellee – she had to say). Choose three intentions / blessings / positive statements/prayers for those three stones, and write them down for yourself (so you don’t forget). Perhaps in a journal or on the special designated page that comes with. Every time you touch or move the stone across the connecting thread –
Hallellee - talk or sing a praise for yourself in your heart.
That is: as you touch the stone, hold it, or move it into the gap, say or sense/behold in your heart the statement / or praise / thing you choose to fulfill with all the intention and meaning you have attributed to this stone. Pay attention to your feelings and emotions. You can do this for the first time in a kind of personal ritual if you want, for example with a scented candle or incense next to you.
You can use Hallellee while you are holding it in your hand, or when it is wrapped around your hand. You can also use Hallellee while you are wearing it. How often do we play with our necklaces? Many times without noticing, or when an emotion arises in us. Now we may strengthen ourselves with this, and make our dreams come true.
Next time, make it a daily thing. Simple. The good - is often simple.
Repeat this every day, and even many times a day. When you reach out your hand to Hallellee by chance, and also intentionally. The more you repeat it, the more the intention attributed to the stone will be established.
Sometimes we repeat ideas thousands of times in our heads. This can be done consciously - it has a great impact. After you get used to doing this for a while, you will feel comfortable with the ideas, and even notice that you sometimes say them to yourself without Hallellee!, it is worth moving on to learning and using the next three stones. How long is the period of time? You determine how long. Until it "settles in".
It is worth taking your time leisurely. Appreciate and prolong the good.
This is a lovely relationship with Hallellee. A slow and gentle progression in which you create the meaning, and use it privately with and for yourself. Each stone will have a beneficial meaning in your inner discussion with yourself and the world, and you will have beneficial perceptions, and support that you carry with you.
Allow Hallellee to remind you of your strength, and your value, and the light that it symbolizes - your inner light, to accompany your life.
And if you want to bring something else into the world, to create something new in the world or in yourself, or if suddenly it becomes difficult, or your spirit falls, or you feel that you cannot or are not enough... or if you just want to - you can always return to Hallellee, to your sentences, and start over, with new sentences that you write for yourself.
Because you are the source of your strength. And you are always with you.
-
Always Hallellee/praise for me in the present. This is not a wish. It is happening. For example – for the pink rose quartz stone: “The more love I use, the more love I have.” (and not “I will have more love to give”). For example – for the black obsidian stone: “I am safe and protected,” or “I trust myself in every situation” (because there is a part of you that trusts you, and to which you draw your attention, and which you choose to empower).
-
Hallellee/ praise you
It will be easier for you to remember short sentences: “I am very loved,” “There is time for me,” “I have a voice” or “My voice is heard,” “Creation comes from me,” “I find solutions easily” (and not “My parents and sister love me very much, because they told me that and hugged me”).
Bless what you already have in you, and also what you want to increase in you.
"I have strength", "Today I feel good", "I see good", "I attract good", "I am kind-hearted", "I care about others", "I have a place everywhere", ...
Praise what you create. "It is easy for me to make business connections", "My community grows with my love".
Always end with your own fixed sentence. The same sentence. A kind of "mantra".
You are welcome to take mine: "Seeing good... doing good... and more good on the way...".
What are positive blessings/affirmations? How do you find them?
It's easy, simple and fun.
You think to yourself about yourself.
For example - "What kind of a good thing can I say about myself that would be pleasant to hear?", or "What would I enjoy hearing said about me?" or "What good things characterize me?" or "What would I like to have in me, that would add goodness, pleasure and a good feeling to my life?", and then -
You write the answers to yourself, shorten them (if they are long), make sure they are written in the present tense, and associate them with stones that you think are appropriate. (It doesn't have to be all at once. It is recommended to start with three).
You can also do the exact opposite.
You choose a topic that you feel comfortable start with. For example, "the flow of events in your life", and choose a type of stone that characterizes flow, such as aquamarine, and find it in Hallellee. (Equally, you can find in Hallellee three similar stones that you like, read their meaning, or decide on their meaning and then...).
You are pair the stones with three "praise for you statements. For example – “Life flows easily for me”, “Like calm water, moments flow through me”, “Good flows in my life like water”.
Spin or pass the stone over the connecting thread – and every time you do this
Halellee! (praise yourself) in your heart.
That is, say the sentence, sing the song, with all the intention you can master. Do this several times a day. Do this every day. Accompany your life with the flow. Do this whenever you feel that flow would be beneficial, when you wash your hands, when you drink water, and even just like that.
After you feel comfortable with the statements, and even notice that you sometimes say them to yourself without Hallellee, move on to learning to use the next three stones. The order in which you work is not important. You are the important one.
What if I have difficulty finding songs or words of praise and blessing for myself?
If you are having trouble (it happens to all of us a lot), ask yourself:
"What could be said opposite to the way I scold myself or criticize myself?" Listen to the painful self-criticism, which has certainly been directed at you in the past, and reverse it. For example - "I am diligent" (instead of laziness), "People easily see the good in me" (instead of nothing will help you), "I am easy to help", "I am loving and beloved" (instead of no one cares)...
For example:
"I am good", "People think good things of me", "I am valuable", "My existence adds to the world", "Living is fun", "There is a lot of comfort", "I value myself", "I am valued", "How much beauty there is around me", "There is good for me", "I am well, and I am happy", "I have good ideas", "Full of pleasure, full of time"...
Can the three identical stones be used for the same "Hallellee's" (positive statements, blessings, compliments, something to fulfill), or must a Hallellee be used for one stone?
Anything is possible.
You can pass over the thread connecting three stones and say at the pace of walking "blessing-for-me-and-my-own", or just sing "I-think-I-wish-it-would-rain-down" :-). Or "the-earth-is-good-to-me". Or "I'm moving on to the next song".
You may write yourself a whole song.
Hallellee is yours. The source of your strength is you.
It is intended to "remind you, and help you praise yourself among yourself in your heart (it is allowed and it's good). To recognize your own worth, to encourage you to pay attention to the diversity of shades in your personality, to cultivate in yourself the inner support you need to enjoy everyday life, and to believe in your ability to manifest positive things in the world".
Use it as you wish.

A little about chakras
The word chakra means a wheel or circle that rotates on an axis. Today we refer to the word as an energy center in the body. In the Far East, the human body is perceived as having a number of energy centers, arranged along the body and operating in balance with each other.
Each chakra is attributed certain colors, so stones can be matched to the chakras according to the color of the stones.
First Chakra – MULADHARA
Responsible for the ability to release, basic confidence, freedom, activity, spontaneity, independence and leadership skills. Located at the base of the spine: colors red, black, brown.
Second Chakra – MANIPURA
Responsible for confidence, courage, ambition and creativity.
Located in the center of the body: colors red + orange.
Third Chakra – SVADHISTHANA
Responsible for initiative, organizational ability, clarity of thought, and internal discipline.
Located in the liver-stomach area: colors light orange, yellow, light green.
Fourth Chakra – ANAHATA
Responsible for compassion, love, generosity, a sense of security and a willingness to give and receive.
Located above and in the heart area: colors pink + green.
Fifth Chakra – VISUDDHA
Responsible for communication and self-expression.
Located in the throat area: colors azure, light blue, sea blue.
Sixth Chakra – AJNA
Responsible for correct and wise vision of a situation, connection between memory, understanding and reality, ability to read minds, optimism.
Located above the nose between the eyes (third eye): colors dark blue, purple.
Seventh Chakra – CROWN
Responsible for the spiritual dimension, enlightenment, a sense of unity with everything, understanding the individual as part of existence, omnipotence while maintaining a sense of separateness, humanitarianism, creativity, and abundance. Located in and on the head: colors purple + white + gold.
